The CFR Flat Roofing Guarantee

HomePro Insurance

• CFR offers two main types of guarantee for all complete flat roof replacements.

• The first, a Company Guarantee is offered for a period of 20 years for RubberBond EPDM and Firestone EPDM. This certificate is issued on receipt of payment for the work completed and is dated and signed by CFR.

• The second guarantee is an Insurance Backed Guarantee (IBG) for 10 years on all flat roof replacements..

• The certificate is issued by our insurance group – HomePro Insurance  – and is sent to the customer about 5-10 days after the work is completed.

• You will be asked to complete a small tear-off slip asking questions about the roof replacement and CFR workmanship and once this is received by HomePro, they will issue your IBG.

Why an Insurance Backed Guarantee?
For complete peace of mind and the long term satisfaction that your roof is guaranteed for 10 years. Should a company cease trading and something goes wrong with your roof, your IBG will honour the original agreement (up to 10 years).

All registered HomePro Insurance Backed Guarantee businesses have
Had financial and legal checks carried out on their companies
Had positive feedback from previous customers
Agreed to work subject to the Terms and Conditions of the Homepro Customer Charter

The Homepro Insurance Backed Guarantee – what can it cover?
